As a qualified Chef & Pastry Chef I am well train in Food Standards and are well education about Food Allergies.
When preparing Items that are Gluten Free, Nut Free, Egg Free, Dairy Free or Vegan I take extreme care and use design equipment to prepare these Items.
From time to time I may use Gluten, Nuts, Eggs & Dairy in my Certified Kitchen, But I then use strict cleaning procedures to remove such items.
The Ingredients we use for our products are listed on our page at Ingredients I Use, and are carefully selected with the upmost care for Cross Contamination to avoid any Allergy outbreaks.
