Do It Yourself Muffins.

Pack contains. Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, Vegetable Oil, Milk, Eggs and paper linings.

Makes about 12 Muffins.

You can add for a extra price Dark, Milk or White Chocolate, Frozen Raspberry, Strawberries, Blueberries, Mixed Berry or a Banana for flavourings.

Muffin Ingredients

To make my Muffins you will need a oven, mixing bowl, spoon, whisk and muffin trays.

Preheat oven to 180c

To Make the muffins you need to add the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix.

Mix the Wet ingredients separately.

Create a well (hole in the centre) of the dry ingredients.

Add the wet liquid into the dry whilst whisking.

(You may need more milk to make the mixture smooth).

Once smooth add your flavourings.

Place the liners in the baking trays and place a spoon of mixture into each one.

Place in oven and Bake for 10 mins, then rotate the tray and bake for another 10 minutes.

Do this the whole time, should take around 40mins to completely bake.

Test with a skewer in the centre of the muffin to see if it is clean.
