My Twist on the ever so popular Cookie Cakes.
 
This design is Two Love Heart Ice Cream Sandwich Cake with my Red Velvet Cookie.

The First one on the Left is my Smashed Pav Ice Cream Sandwich with a Smashed Pav, Strawberry & Cream Ice Cream.

It is then topped with a White Chocolate Mousse, Pink & Blue Marshmallow, Red Velvet Cookie Crumb, Honeycomb with Fresh Strawberries, Blueberries & Raspberries.

The Second one is a Ruby Chocolate Ice Cream with Pistachio.

It is then topped with a White Chocolate Mousse, Pink & Blue Marshmallow, Lemon Curd, Red Velvet Cookie Crumbs, Pistachio, Honeycomb, Meringue & Turkish Delight Love hearts.

Single Love Hearts, or smaller Love Hearts can be ordered. 
 
This Cake is Gluten Free.
